Naturally, our 18-month Young People Program includes all the classic elements of a traineeship. Successful candidates will attend a variety of seminars and workshops. It is all about starting at the bottom and working your way up. We prepare you so that you can assume management responsibility at a later date. But we offer you more than just a wealth of information and experience; we really challenge you too! We want our employees to show initiative and take responsibility. Successful candidates choose their own projects during the Young People Program and test their abilities and proficiency in our various locations in Germany and abroad.
To qualify for our Young People Program, candidates must be able to provide evidence of excellent results in one of the following disciplines: engineering, commercial engineering, chemistry, or economics. Successful candidates also have:
- an excellent grasp of the English language and knowledge of a second foreign language
- practical experience abroad
- social and intercultural skills
- a probing mind
- the ability and willingness to work hard.
